Women’s Conference 2026 — Faithful
We are so excited for Women’s Conference 2026: Faithful! As our conference approaches, refer to this page with any questions you may have regarding our upcoming conference. We will be adding important information here, so be sure to check back for any updates! Below you will find helpful details regarding your arrival, check-in, lodging, meals, and conference guidelines as we prepare to gather together for a meaningful weekend of fellowship, worship, encouragement, and growing in our faith.
Food Allergy Form Due: August 21, 2026
If you have a medical food allergy, complete the Food Allergy Form below so that we can properly prepare. Please do not fill out this form unless you have a medical food allergy.
Transportation
Parking is limited at the conference facility, so we kindly ask that you make every effort to carpool with your conference buddies whenever possible. This is a very real need, and we greatly appreciate your help in making the best use of the available parking!
Transportation will also be available on the church bus for those who would prefer to travel that way. Seating is limited, so please contact the church office to check availability before making your transportation plans.
Upon Arrival
Check-in will be from 4:00–6:00 PM. Upon arrival, please follow the gravel road around the lake to the Snack Shack, where you will see some friendly, familiar faces at your first stop!
1. Please remain in your vehicle.
It is important that you do not exit your vehicle at this first stop. A conference team member will meet you at your window and give you a paper to fill out. Please write your name, phone number, and passenger names on it and place it on your dashboard for the remainder of the weekend.
Other conference team members will also be available to unload your luggage at this location, making for a much shorter distance when it is time to take your belongings to your cabin. If there are any ladies in your vehicle who have a physical need for a bottom bunk, they should exit the vehicle at this time and go directly to the sign-in tents. They are the only individuals who should exit the vehicle at this first stop.
2. Park your vehicle.
You will then be led to your parking spot by our handy-dandy parking crew! Please park as you would in a Walmart parking lot—without leaving large spaces between vehicles—so that we can make the best use of the available parking!
Once parked, someone will pick you up by golf cart and chauffeur you back to the sign-in tents. Enjoy the scenic ride along the way!
3. Check in and choose your cabin.
Once you arrive at the sign-in tents, you will officially check in and choose your cabin. Cabin spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please keep this in mind as you arrive. If you are physically able, please choose a top bunk, being mindful of our friends that are unable to do so.
4. Settle in and make yourself at home!
From there, you are free to grab your luggage, set up your bunk, and make yourself at home in your cabin for the weekend!
We will meet on the big porch at 6:00 PM to begin supper, and the conference will begin at 7:00 PM in Lee Chapel- don’t be late for such an important date!
Facility Guidelines
Please note that Timber Creek is a smoke-free and vape-free facility. Any ladies who need to smoke or vape will need to exit the Timber Creek property and return to the area outside the front entrance to do so.
